“The interior designer must have a global vision of his work,” says Pierre-Alexis. “Our goal is an architecture where all the elements interact in a natural way. It is almost a religious act, a work on the soul.”
For two years, he worked alongside great names of French design such as Christophe Pillet and Jean-Marie Massaud, working for prestigious companies like Magis, Baccarat, Ligne Roset, Lanvin, Cacharel, and Paloma Picasso before joining the Christian Liaigre design studio, which is renowned for its interior architecture and custom made furniture. Pierre Alexis Gilbert had the opportunity to work on projects all over the world: Bora-Bora, Saint-Barthélemy, The Dominican Republic, Paris, Switzerland, and Asia, on a variety of projects, going from private residences, luxury hotels, restaurants, and yachts. After seventeen years at Liaigre, he joined the LK company as Associate Manager.
