Bruno Moinard
In the 1980s, he was also in charge of elaborating the reedition of Mariano Fortuny Lamp by Ecart.
Strong, simple lines; transparency and a love for light, aiming at the essence of things are the hallmarks of Moinard’s work, inspired by his fascination for the sea and the milky alabaster of the coastline of his hometown Dieppe. Warm minimalism, simplicity without austerity, elegance and timelessness define his projects imbued with a luxurious, yet understated feel of French sophistication. All his work is about the art of detail and finish. The use of light is key to all his projects, as lighting creates a sense of space, and shapes the setting.
