‘Our overarching mission revolves in engaging the human experience to create evocative spaces pushing the boundaries of craftmanship, while capturing a profound sense of timelessness.’ Founded in 2019 by architects Antonin Hautefort and Ignatio Tenggara, Pendhapa embodies the fusion of visionary perspectives stemming from a cross-cultural exchange between the two. While Antonin is French, Ignatio grew up in Indonesia and Singapore. They met in London at The Architectural Association School of Architecture. Pendhapa is today a team of 38 architects, designers and makers operating from their studios in London, Paris, Milan, and Singapore, with a combined furniture workshop and architecture design studio. They create architecture, interior design and collectible furniture pieces all as part of a global vision. Pendhapa Architects has established an in-house workshop dedicated to crafting creating exceptional furniture pieces to support their architectural vision.
