Raven – FG000173
Ravens are the symbols of London. On a visit to London when I was about 6 years old, I went to the Tower with my parents and was pecked by a Raven. It became a bird of mythical and actual ominousness. Many years later I have tried to capture a less brutal aspect of the Raven, its head slightly cocked, the black patina softened with Japanese powders.
